Dr. Subhash Makhija
Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder
As the Chief Executive Officer of Global eProcure, Subhash has been instrumental in guiding Global eProcure into one of the fastest growing technology, consulting and outsourcing companies in the U.S. By building a cohesive global leadership team, simplified technology, a list of Fortune 500 companies as customers, Subhash has been able to build a “beautiful” company that has won several awards for its profitable growth and technology including Inc 500 & Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awards. For his efforts, Subhash was recognized as one of the finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006.
Prior to co-founding Global eProcure, Subhash led strategy, supply chain, Procurement and global outsourcing engagements for Fortune 500 companies at Accenture. Before joining Accenture, Subhash worked at Hoechst Celanese.
Subhash earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University, an MBA with highest honors from the University of Chicago, and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. His undergraduate degree is from the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), Bombay. He also holds three US Patents.

Jagadish Turimella
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Co-founder
As Global eProcure's Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, Jagadish "JT" Turimella leads the consulting practice and manages the company's operational functions. Under JT's leadership the company has grown into a leading procurement consulting, outsourcing and technology firm that won many industry accolades for growth and great client work. For his leadership within Global eProcure and in the broader supply chain field, JT has been named one of the "Pros to Know," a list of top industry professionals, by the Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
Prior to joining Global eProcure, JT was a senior manager within the operational and pharmaceutical practice at A.T. Kearney. Before A.T. Kearney, JT held various management positions at the Option Clearing Corporation and Intergraph Corporation. At Intergraph Corporation, JT was responsible for creating new software products and developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
JT received his MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago. He also holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, both from Clemson University. JT also serves as an Advisory Board Member at Clemson's Department of Computer Science.

President and Founder
Roopa's role as the President of Global eProcure involves overseeing the company's day to day activities, as well as managing the company's public sector practice. Prior to forming Global eProcure, Roopa served as the director of business development for Novo Nordisk, identifying, assessing and negotiating new business opportunities. Earlier, in her capacity as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney, she led strategic sourcing and spend management engagements for Fortune 100 companies.
A licensed pharmacist, Roopa held various positions in R&D and technical sales at Rhone Poulenc (now Rhodia) and at Hoechst spanning various aspects of manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance.
Roopa earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, an M.S. with highest honors in Industrial Pharmacy from Long Island University, and a B.S. in Pharmacy from Bombay University.

Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Co-founder
As Global eProcure’s CFO and Executive Vice President, Sam directs all of the company's financial and investment activities. Under Sam’s leadership, Global eProcure has continued to grow profitably for the last 10 years. For this effort, Sam received the Stevie award and was named by American Business Awards as “Best Finance Executive”. In addition to his finance responsibilities Sam also leads Global eProcure’s International operations.
Prior to joining Global procure, Sam was an executive with USA Interactive. Before that role, Sam was an investment banker at Oppenheimer & Company. His has also held various management positions at Avery Dennison, including leading the company's software division.
Sam received his MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School and a M.S. from the University of Missouri. He also received his undergraduate degree from the University of Bombay.

Executive Vice President of Business Development and Co-founder
As Global eProcure's Executive Vice President of Business Development, Neha helps to guide the company's growth initiatives by building and managing relationships with strategic customers and leading full-scale consulting engagements. Neha leads business development effort for large global companies and guide the senior management of these companies during the start up and transition phases of large scale global programs involving consulting, outsourcing and technology. Prior to joining Global eProcure, Neha was a consultant at Accenture where she worked on a variety of sales and marketing and R&D engagements for Fortune 100 companies. She also assisted in the development of Accenture's Pharmaceutical and Medical Practice's eCommerce venture strategy. Before that, she was an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Neha received her MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with distinction. She also has a Bachelors degree in Finance from the Wharton School.

Board of Directors
Peter is a founding partner of Alta Equity Ventures. Previously, he was a managing director in the Investment Banking Department at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and head of its Midwest Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining DLJ, he worked at Smith Barney rising to the rank of Managing Director responsible for the firm's Midwest investment banking operations. Peter holds a BS in Economics from Williams College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Advisory Board Member
Steven is the Neubauer Family Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (GSB) and faculty director of the school's Entrepreneurship department. Steven's research, teaching, and consulting focus on issues in private equity and entrepreneurial finance, e-commerce, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to completing his PhD studies, Steven held positions with Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
Steven earned his Ph.D. in Business Economics from Harvard University and his AB in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard College, graduating summa cum laude.

Thomas B. Garvin
Vice President, Sales
Based in NJ , Tom manages the sales organization for the North America, he has over 33 years of experience and specializes in ERP Software and Consulting Services including PeopleSoft, Microsoft and Oracle.
His significant achievements include creating sales organization and growing it’s revenue from $500k to over $50million
Earlier to Global eProcure, Tom has served Cherry Road Technologies for over 20 years.
Tom is qualified B.S. Accounting from the Villanova University.

Theresa Lawless
Vice President, Consulting
Theresa is a Vice President of Consulting Services, based in our New Jersey office. She focuses on account management of large -scale strategic engagements. Theresa is responsible for selling and managing multi-tiered procurement projects as well as delivering sustainable cost savings and process improvement for clients across a variety of industries. She has excellent team management and client relationship management skills.
Prior to Global e Procure, Theresa was a senior Principle in the Operations Practice of A.T. Kearney, Inc., where she served global clients in multiple industries such as chemicals, consumer products and retail, manufacturing, financial and other services. With nearly 15 years experience, her focus areas include Procurement Transformation, Strategic Sourcing (both indirect and direct category areas), and large-scale Project Management.
Theresa has also authored “Tackling the Tail End,” an article focused on strategies for maximizing sourcing results in all spend areas. She received her MBA from European University in Paris, France.

Wayne R. Clark
Vice President, Consulting
Wayne is based out of New Jersey and is a Vice president for our consulting practice. He is currently responsible for business development with a focus on professional service categories and leading large-scale strategic engagements. Wayne is also responsible for managing our innovation pipeline of new services and client offerings.
With over 20 years of total experience, Wayne has broad industry knowledge and strong international experience having lived and worked in Europe for over 11 years. His areas of expertise include strategic sourcing, collaborative supplier management and strategic innovation.
Prior to joining Global eProcure, Wayne served as a Principal with A.T. Kearney for over 9 years. He also has significant industry experience working in both the aerospace sector with Northrop Grumman and the retail industry with Circuit City. Wayne has earned a mechanical engineering degree from Clarkson University as well as an MBA from The London Business School. He has published several articles on strategic innovation and managing collaborative networks.

Thomas J. Gallagher
Vice President, Consulting
Based in North America, Tom serves as a Vice President for Consulting services with a focus on delivering significant client savings on MRO and Capital projects. In his current role Tom is focused on the sales and delivery of Procurement Transformation solutions to clients in a wide range of industries and is also leading multiple client projects on indirect material and strategic sourcing.
An Operations executive with extensive government, industry and consulting experience in the Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Steel and Chemical industries, Tom’s areas of expertise include - Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Outsourcing, Supply Chain Management and MRO Management .
Tom has more than 35 years of experience and has worked in various roles with companies like EDS, A.T. Kearney, Grumman Aerospace and the U.S. Navy. Tom is qualified BA, Economics from the DeSales University (PA) and also has done his MBA in Organization & Management from the Temple University (PA).
Tom is also the Author of a whitepaper “MRO Procurement: A Primer for Success” which was published in Jan 2008.

Dhananjay Nagalkar
Vice President, Technology
As Vice President of Technology, Dhananjay drives Global eProcure’s Integrated eProcurement platform roadmap, development and operations. Dhananjay leads the development of innovative, simple and intuitive platform, delivered as subscription based “Software-as-a-Service”. Prior to joining Global eProcure, Dhananjay was Core Team Leader for Intel Corporation, responsible for delivering IP / Telco servers based on latest Intel processors. During his ten years at Intel, he assumed various roles developing and delivering cutting edge solutions in telecommunications, voice-over-IP and speech processing.
Prior to Intel, Dhananjay led the development of Intelligent Network framework for Telecom switches at Center for Development of Telemetries (C-DOT), India’s premier R&D company.
Dhananjay earned an MBA from the Cornell University with specialization in General Management. He holds Master of Technology in Electronics from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Visveswaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur with top rankings. He also holds two US patents for his work at Intel.

Santosh Katakol
Vice President, Technology
As one of the Vice President of Technology at Global eProcure, Santosh leads the Spend Analysis and Asia Technology Operations. Prior to joining Global eProcure, Santosh was instrumental in setting up the CP Ships’ Asia based Global Delivery Center. Before moving to Asia, Santosh held various management roles at CP Ships in the US and was responsible for product engineering, cross-platform integration and lead the engineering development centers in US and UK. Previously he has worked on technology strategy and product development for Supply Chain, Telecommunications and Financial Industries at organizations such as Archents, Verizon, Kforce and Decision Consultants.
Santosh received his MBA with top honors from University of South Florida. He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from USF and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Bangalore University.

Binayak Shrestha
Vice President, Consulting
As one of the key members of the consulting team, Binayak is responsible for large-scale strategic engagements delivering sustainable cost savings and process improvement across various industries. He has extensive experience in working with many Fortune 500 corporations. He is a seasoned professional in the field of supply chain and indirect spend management and is a recognized leader in procurement transformation, change management, and people development. Bin is based out of Clark, New Jersey.
Prior to joining Global eProcure, Bin was a Market Maker in the transportation and corporate services verticals at FreeMarkets Inc. where he focused on strategic client engagements in the US and in Europe. Before FreeMarkets Inc, Bin worked at Smith Barney. Bin was also recently selected as a “2009 Pro to Know” by Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine for demonstrating leadership during times of economic crisis.
Bin has earned his B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College.
