The APT eCatalog module supports two kinds of catalogs. Both catalogs will contain prices which have been negotiated between the buyer and the vendor.
The eReceipt module provides users the capability to receive materials and services electronically. Users can access the module from any location to create eReceipts. In addition, the module will support both partial and whole receipts for goods and services. The eReceipt process provides the flexibility to differentiate between when a purchase is physically delivered and when a purchase has been fully accepted.
The eInvoice module offers users a systematic solution to minimize manual invoicing and matching. Both internal and external (suppliers) users can create eInvoices and submit for approval. The eInvoices can be created for partial or whole quantities of purchased line items as needed. Once the eInvoice is submitted for payment, an automatic matching feature will verify the quantities and prices by comparing the invoice to the original Purchase Order and the eReceipt. For all eInvoices that do not comply, the status will remain open for the user to further investigate. For all correctly matched eInvoices, the eInvoice can be submitted for payment.

It also provides a central repository of all RFPs for future reference.
The on-demand eAuctions module is versatile and highly functional allowing for the level of pricing transparency in the auction to be controlled easily. It provides many useful features such as messaging center, auto extend etc, which can be customized to a specific users requirements. Buyers can also conduct total Cost analysis to help them make strategic award decisions based on switching costs, quality, capacity and service level considerations
The on-demand contract management module provides buyers with contract generation capabilities. Buyers can turn eRFPs/RFQs into legal contracts with the awarded supplier(s) or create new contracts picking from over hundreds of pre-defined contract templates and clause libraries available in the software. This module automates the entire workflow including creation of a contract draft, review/approval by internal team members, and review/editing of multiple cycles with supplier(s) while maintaining version control.
The Vendor Management module maintains a centralized repository of supplier information that influences strategic sourcing decisions. Vendor registration information is automatically routed to appropriate personnel for approval and the database maintains a complete history of vendor profile. It is integration ready with contract management module and enables one to pull the vendor compliance data. The module also tracks and triggers alerts for non-compliant vendors
The APT Project Management module manages tasks and related documents to meet time sensitive deadlines for a strategic sourcing process. It enables users to track procurement activity organization-wide via the Executive Dashboard and view key procurement metrics quickly and without diverting resources from other tasks.
